ProofLinkPlus: Article 12 record-keeping for your AI
ProofLink proves iTechSmart’s own actions. ProofLinkPlus proves yours — a tamper-evident ledger for the LLM transactions inside any high-risk AI app, built for EU AI Act Article 12 automated record-keeping.
What ProofLinkPlus is
A separate product with its own isolated ledger. Your AI app — the one calling OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other model — sends each LLM transaction to ProofLinkPlus, which seals it into a tamper-evident, cryptographically signed record. It extends ProofLink from “proof of iTechSmart’s actions” to “proof of anyone’s AI transactions.”
How it works
Your app sends each LLM transaction — prompt, model, and response metadata — to ProofLinkPlus.
Each transaction is sealed into an Ed25519-signed, hash-chained receipt in your tenant-isolated ledger.
Receipts are anchored via OpenTimestamps, so their existence and order cannot be backdated.
An auditor independently verifies the record — without trusting you, or us.
Who it’s for
Teams building high-risk AI systems that need Article 12’s automated, tamper-evident logging — where “we kept some logs” is not enough, and an auditor has to be able to reconstruct exactly what the AI did.
What ProofLinkPlus is — and isn’t
ProofLinkPlus provides the tamper-evident record-keeping EU AI Act Article 12 calls for. It is record-keeping tooling — not a guarantee of full EU AI Act compliance, which also requires risk management, data governance, human oversight, and documentation. It records real capabilities only: a cryptographic hash of each LLM transaction, sealed into a tamper-evident, independently verifiable chain.
